Payment Options and Refund Policy

Our counselling team provides flexible payment options for your convenience. You may choose to pay via card or cash. Here are the details and important considerations for each method:

1. Payment Method

Card: Upon your initial card payment, the details will be securely stored on our trusted system, Stripe. By processing this transaction, you consent to the storage of your payment details and understand that they might be utilised for future payments as detailed in this agreement. You may update or delete your payment information anytime by reaching out to us.

Cash: If opting for cash payment, an upfront payment for one session is required.

2. Payment Frequency
Clients typically pay either in advance or on a monthly basis. If you've opted for monthly payments, it's essential to fulfill all due payments even if you decide to end the counselling relationship early.

3. Cancellation Policy
To cancel a session, please notify your counsellor via text, email, or phone at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations, within 24 hours of the session, will result in the forfeiture of the full session fee.

If you're over 10 minutes late for a session, it won't proceed and the full hourly fee will be charged.

Unused sessions paid in advance will be forfeited if not used within 6 months, with no refunds provided.

4. Guarantees
7-Day "Good Fit" Guarantee:
Experience our program for 7 days. If you're unsatisfied for any reason during this period, contact our team for a refund.

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee: After completing our 8-week program—having watched all videos and finished all worksheets—if you don't see a positive shift in your life, you may be eligible for a refund. Reach out to the counselling team, and after verifying your program engagement and a concluding call to understand your concerns, your refund request will be assessed.
